Promoters
Shri V.K. Khanna, who is also the Chairman, has promoted the Company. Before starting this project, he was in service for over 28 years, as an executive in Private Sector. He is a key person to manage the affairs of the Company, to formulate plans and oversee its implementation.
The other promoter-directors are Smt. Swarn Khanna, wife of Shri V.K. Khanna, Shri Sanjeev Khanna, Managing Director, Shri Sandeep Khanna and Shri Alok Khanna, his three sons.

Business Prospects
We have the most modern Bottling Plant commissioned in April 2002. It has enough storage and manufacturing capacity to bottle brands of several companies simultaneously. We are looking forward to a long and fruitful association with both Indian and Multi-national companies as their franchisee.
